Silver Lake Sand Dunes
Mears, MI – ~2h 15m from Lochmandy Motors Elkhart
Silver Lake is Michigan’s ultimate off-road playground. It’s the only place east of the Mississippi where you can drive your own vehicle on live sand dunes. With 450 acres of dune fields, steep hills, and high-speed zones, it’s perfect for Jeeps, highly modified trucks, Broncos, and even vintage builds.
Don’t Miss: The legendary Test Hill, a steep sand climb that challenges even the most aggressive rigs. You’ll need a 10-foot safety flag and reduced tire pressure to hit the dunes.
