RAM Maintenance Schedule by Months & Miles

We think you should get RAM service right before taking a road trip, regardless of what your RAM maintenance schedule says. You don’t want truck trouble far from home. Another benefit to getting your RAM service intervals taken care of at the dealership is that if there’s a problem, we’ll alert you right away. That being said, take a look at how Granger drivers will navigate their RAM maintenance schedule:

Every 8,000 Miles & 6-Month Maintenance

  • Change the engine oil and engine oil filter
  • Rotate the tires.
  • Inspect the exhaust, battery terminals, brake pads, and door latches

16,000 Miles or 12-Month Maintenance

  • Inspect the exhaust system.

  • Everything from the 32,000-mile maintenance
  • Change the automatic transmission fluid and filter if using your vehicle for any of the following: police, taxi, fleet, or frequent trailer towing.

You’ll also want new coolant, regardless of how your radiator is doing, because your engine is getting older.
