Damaged Parts

  • All damaged parts must be clearly marked DAMAGED.
  • If the damaged part is being exchanged, our driver will provide an approved damage label to place on the box.
  • Original packaging is required for all damaged part returns.
  • Must follow Parts Return Policy (see policy here).

Core Returns

  • Fascia cores: The original box is not required. The core label from the new part’s packaging must be attached to the old part.
  • All other cores: Original packaging is required. Place the old part in the box the replacement part came in and clearly mark the box CORE.

Mechanical repair parts must be returned NEW in their original undamaged, unopened packaging & unmarked (NO writing on packaging or box).
